Complementary Holistic Therapies are not cures, they are part of an integrative approach with conventional healthcare to help people feel better and cope with symptoms of physical, emotional and spiritual dis-ease.
Regular appointments are recommended to create balance, maximise wellbeing and improve your overall health. Some people experience maximum benefit after one session, for most more than one appointment will be necessary.
If you are drawn to more than one type of therapy, using different therapies in different sessions is something you may want to consider.
